Custom-Orders

 

Custom-Order Items: 

• Custom-Order items are items that we do not keep in-stock at Lost Arts Archery in Cape Town. These items need to be special-ordered from our suppliers.
• Turnaround time for custom-orders can vary (up to 4 months), before the items are in South Africa and ready to ship out to you, the customer.
• Custom-Order items are added to your shopping cart as per usual. From there you may check out, and pay for the item.
  
• Any other non-special-order items in your cart will ship out as per usual.
• Custom-Order items will ship out separately. Once these items are ready to dispatch, we will contact you, and bill you for local shipping within South Africa, if needed.
• Once we have received payment for shipping, we will ship the Custom-Order items out immediately.
• Please note - Custom-Order items are not eligible for refunds (Warranty cases excepted), as these are special-order items that we can not easily re-sell.
